The Penthouse Group is the last remaining manufacturer of Powder Puffs in North America. Completely independent and self-sufficient, our New York manufacturing facility offers the design and building of automated machinery as well as product development, sample making, manufacturing, decoration, custom packaging, warehousing and distribution. Just-in-time delivery is available to our clients’ locations throughout the United States.
U.S. production provides a strong sense of pride and secure delivery of product to our clients, including the largest cosmetic companies in the world. For example, we deliver the number one selling puff to P&G’s Cover Girl, whose plant in Hunt Valley, MD is the largest powder filling facility in the world. Our clients continue to recognize brand loyalty benefits through offering “Made in the USA” items to their customers.
In addition, we offer our clients the specialized expertise and cost savings of additional manufacturing facilities in China, Thailand, Malaysia, Japan, Korea and Germany. The redundancy of multiple factories provides our clients with secure and timely delivery in the face of unforeseen events, such as the recent tsunami and subsequent nuclear accident in Japan. Our factories are ISO certified for manufacturing systems, SA 8000 audited for social accountability, and ISO 14000 certified for environmental compliance.
